Vinyl Room
Currently, Vinyl Room will be open on select show nights. Guests who purchase a Vinyl Room upgrade with their show ticket will have access to the lounge before the show.
On select shows, Vinyl Room will be open during and after the show to all fans (age restrictions vary per show).
To see if Vinyl Room is open for your show night, visit the Amenities page and select an upcoming concert from the drop-down.

For pre-show access, guests may enter through the exclusive Vinyl Room entrance. The entrance is clearly marked with Vinyl Room signage. Guests may also access the Vinyl Room from inside the venue via the stairwell on the east side of the lobby.
No, Vinyl Room does not take reservations.
Parking is available to the Crosstown Concourse or for Premium Parking lot tickets can be purchased on Ticketmaster.
Pre show is All Ages. Post show will vary.
